Job Description

The Account Manager overseeing financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling discrepancies, and preparing financial statements and reports. This role often involves assisting with audits, ensuring compliance with policies, and supporting month-end and year-end processesMaintain updated client records in CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare reports on account status, performance, and opportunities.
Maintain updated client records in CRM systems.
Assist in preparing financial statements and monthly/annual reports.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, including payment processing and reconciliations.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Support internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and resolving audit queries.
Assist in budget preparation and financial planning activities.
Coordinate with other departments to maintain accurate financial data.
Identify and implement process improvements for financial efficiency.
Maintain records of vouchers, bills, ledgers, and bank reconciliations.
Accounting, book keeping, GST and finalizing the books.

Skills & Experience:

Graduation required.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Effective communication abilities and attention to detail.
Minimun 5yrs exp required
