Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end client relationships, ensuring timely and high-quality U.S staffing delivery.
  
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, maintaining regular communication and fostering long-term partnerships.
  
• Understand client workforce needs and align them with appropriate staffing solutions.
  
• Work closely with internal recruitment/delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of hiring mandates.
  
• Develop account growth strategies, including cross-selling and upselling of services.
  
• Track and report account performance metrics (delivery, SLA adherence, client satisfaction).
  
• Resolve client concerns/escalations with speed and professionalism.
  
• Support business reviews and provide insights to enhance client engagement.
  

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in

  account management/client servicing within the staffing or recruitment industry

  .
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, staffing solutions, and workforce planning.
  
• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and stakeholders simultaneously.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  
• Goal-oriented, with the ability to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ATS/CRM tools preferred.
