We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager with 4-6 years of proven experience in the U.S staffing industry. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in managing client accounts, driving recruitment delivery, and ensuring exceptional stakeholder management. You will be responsible for maintaining and expanding client relationships, ensuring service excellence, and acting as a trusted advisor to our customers. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end client relationships, ensuring timely and high-quality U.S staffing delivery. Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, maintaining regular communication and fostering long-term partnerships. Understand client workforce needs and align them with appropriate staffing solutions. Work closely with internal recruitment/delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of hiring mandates. Develop account growth strategies, including cross-selling and upselling of services. Track and report account performance metrics (delivery, SLA adherence, client satisfaction). Resolve client concerns/escalations with speed and professionalism. Support business reviews and provide insights to enhance client engagement. Requirements 4-6 years of experience in account management/client servicing within the staffing or recruitment industry . Strong understanding of recruitment processes, staffing solutions, and workforce planning. Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and stakeholders simultaneously. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. Goal-oriented, with the ability to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ATS/CRM tools preferred. Preferred candidate profile
