Job Description

As an Account Manager at Algoleap, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our Fortune 2000 clients to ensure they derive maximum value from our digital solutions. Your blend of sales acumen, technical understanding, and exceptional client service will drive client satisfaction, retention, and growth within your assigned portfolio. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Client Relationship Management:** - Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of key Fortune 2000 clients. - Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, IT managers, and business leaders. - Conduct regular business reviews to assess client needs, demonstrate value, and identify opportunities for deeper engagement. - **Strategic Account Growth:** - Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts by understanding client challenges and aligning them with our digital solution offerings. - Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets and enhance client lifetime value. - Collaborate with sales, product, and delivery teams to craft customized proposals and solutions. - **Solution Adoption & Value Realization:** - Work closely with clients to ensure successful adoption and utilization of our digital solutions. - Articulate the business value and ROI of our solutions to clients. - Act as a client advocate, escalating issues and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution. - **Market Insights & Feedback:** - Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and client-specific business challenges. - Gather client feedback and relay it to product development and marketing teams to influence future solution enhancements. - **Reporting & Forecasting:** - Maintain accurate records of client interactions, opportunities, and forecasts in CRM systems. - Provide regular reports on account health, performance, and projected growth. **Qualifications:** - 4+ years of proven experience in account management, client success, or business development within a B2B SaaS, digital solutions, or technology-driven environment. - Strong understanding of digital solutions, software, or IT services (e.g., cloud platforms, data analytics, CRM, ERP, Data Science, AI/ML). - Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with diverse client stakeholders. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and client retention targets. - Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities. - Proficiency in any of the CRM software. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Master's degree or relevant professional certifications. - Experience working with Fortune 2000 clients across industries. - Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management principles.
