Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor s Degree.
Minimum 4-6 years of experience handling digital marketing accounts.
In-depth understanding of online marketing tools and strategies platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

Minimum 2-3 years experience working with agency serving handling a team and clients, preferably B2B clients.

Skills Required:

Comprehensive understanding of the digital marketing realm.
Strong interpersonal and people management skills.
Excellent Project Management and Presentation skills.
Ability to organize, manage, and prioritize tasks.
Ability to work under high pressure.
Should be good with multi-tasking.
Should effectively delegate the tasks.
Self Motivated.
Ability to meet deadlines.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for building and maintaining a portfolio of key digital marketing clients.
Primary point of contact for these clients as well for internal sales support activities and lead multichannel communication campaigns to achieve client goals.
Identifying and fulfilling clients business objectives and are in frequent contact with clients to explain strategy, plan for the future, and keep them in the loop regarding the latest developments.
Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to develop and implement digital marketing and advertising strategies that align with the client s requirements and maximize their return on investment (ROI).
Tracking, measuring, and analyzing key account metrics to optimize digital campaigns from an ROI perspective using appropriate systems and tools.
Ensuring resource availability and allocation and on-time project delivery, within scope and budget.
Cross selling and up selling.
