Develop and execute strategic plans to launch and grow Bayer s Women s Health portfolio in Nepal, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka.
Conduct market analysis, identify opportunities, and build entry strategies tailored to each country s regulatory and commercial environment.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including distributors, healthcare professionals, regulatory bodies, and local partners.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, medical affairs, and regulatory to ensure successful market entry and sustained growth.
Commercial Execution:
