You will be mining through these tasksAcquisition: Lead the comprehensive planning and execution of campaigns aimed at acquiring users through influencer marketing, community engagement, and referral programs
Develop and implement cohesive on-product experiences
Formulate impactful customer messaging that resonates with the target audience
Referral: Manage Web3s referral campaign across various sub-products
Experiment with diverse referral strategies to optimize constructs for different cohorts (eg, rewards, eligibility criteria, referral criteria)
Oversee the end-to-end implementation of referral functionalities on the product
You need to be a HODLer of these: Minimum of 2 years of experience in strategising, planning and executing growth campaigns Proven expertise in using growth tools like MoEngage, Mixpanel, and Plotline Analytical: Must be data-driven and able to analyze the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-informed decisions Stakeholder Engagement: Proven ability to manage stakeholders and foster cross-team collaboration effectively (across product, design, marketing, analytics) Proven expertise in creative problem solving, analytical skills and strong attention to detail Comfortable in a rapidly changing environment and able to adapt quickly to new challengesAre you the oneOur missing block You are knowledge-hungry when it comes to VDA and Web3, always eager to dive deeper and stay ahead in this evolving space
