• Have

  4–6 years of experience

  in account management, client servicing, or project strategy (agency background preferred)
• Can confidently manage

  multiple accounts

  while keeping quality and timelines intact
• Enjoy working across functions —

  creative, content, performance, and design

• Are comfortable preparing and presenting pitches, proposals, and campaign ideas to clients

• Can think strategically but also ensure flawless execution

• Thrive on ownership, deadlines, and building long-term client trust

• Account Ownership:

  Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring clarity and trust at every stage

• Strategy & Campaigns:

  Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies, campaigns, and creative ideas that align with client goals

• Pitching:

  Prepare and present campaign pitches, proposals, and performance reviews to clients with confidence and clarity

• Project Management:

  Oversee projects from concept to execution, balancing priorities and keeping deliverables on track

• Collaboration:

  Work closely with designers, content creators, SEO & paid media teams to ensure execution matches intent

• Growth Focus:

  Spot opportunities to strengthen and expand client accounts with smart recommendations
