Love chess as much as you love managing chaos?

We’re looking for someone who can juggle clients, teams, and tight deadlines — and still know the difference between a Sicilian Defense and a Queen’s Gambit.

If you can talk strategy both on the chessboard and in a client meeting, this gig’s for you.

🧠 What You’ll Do:

• Be the bridge between our clients and internal teams — own the communication, coordination, and calm.
• Manage all things chess — events, campaigns, shoots, and last-minute “can we do this by tomorrow?” moments.
• Translate vague client thoughts into actionable briefs (and actual deliverables).
• Keep track of timelines, deliverables, and expectations — all without losing your sanity.
• Work closely with our creative, design, and production folks to make sure magic happens.
• Basically — ensure things move, people deliver, and clients smile.

🏆 What You Bring to the Table:

• 1–3 years of experience in

  account management / program management / client servicing

  (agency or sports background is a plus).
• Deep love for

  chess

  — you know the game, the players, and the buzz.
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and people skills (you know how to get things done).
• Cool under pressure and quick on your feet — you don’t panic when the clock’s ticking.
• Available to start yesterday (okay, or ASAP).

💡 Bonus Points If You:

• Have worked on sports or esports campaigns before.
• Have on-ground event experience.
• Can explain the Caro-Kann in under 30 seconds.
