Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager, located in Kakori. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role involves developing strategies to meet client needs, resolving customer inquiries and issues, monitoring account performance, and delivering regular updates and reports. The Account Manager will also liaise with internal teams to ensure efficient operations and service delivery aligned with client objectives.

Qualifications

Client relationship management and account management skills
Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
