Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role located in Bettiah. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and overseeing the implementation of services. Responsibilities include account planning, addressing client queries, coordinating with internal teams to meet deliverables, tracking account performance, and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement. The Account Manager will also work towards achieving sales targets and maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills
• Proficiency in account management, sales strategies, and client engagement
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for resolving client issues effectively
• Professionalism with an ability to meet targets and handle multiple clients
• Familiarity with industry-related tools and software is a plus
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in account or client management roles is preferred
• Adaptability, teamwork, and the ability to work under pressure
