Job Description

Key responsibilities

  • Client relationship management:

    Act as the main point of contact, build strong relationships, and act as a trusted advisor to clients and stakeholders.
  • Client needs and satisfaction:

    Understand client needs, develop and implement strategic plans to meet them, and take initiatives to increase customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Internal coordination:

    Liaise with internal teams (sales, marketing, project management) to ensure the successful and timely delivery of products or services that meet client objectives.
  • Account growth:

    Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts, upsell products and services, and contribute to sales quotas.
  • Reporting and forecasting:

    Prepare and deliver reports on account status, track key account metrics, and provide forecasts.
  • Issue resolution:

    Handle client requests and resolve issues or escalations as needed.
