Role Overview: As the Financial Operations Manager, your primary responsibilities will revolve around managing the day-to-day financial operations. You will focus on ensuring precise and timely financial reporting while upholding internal controls. Your role will be instrumental in developing and implementing accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations, as well as maintaining accurate financial records. Key Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day financial operations - Ensure precise and timely financial reporting - Uphold internal controls - Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures - Guarantee compliance with laws and regulations - Maintain accurate financial records - Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial projections for long-term planning - Analyze financial data and prepare reports for senior management and external stakeholders - Present recommendations to enhance financial performance - Provide guidance and support to the accounting team for efficient workflow - Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and other financial professionals Qualifications Required: - Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards (GAAP) - Knowledge of relevant regulations - Analytical and problem-solving skills for financial data analysis and trend identification - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder interaction Please note that the position requires fluency in English, is a full-time job with a day shift schedule, and the work location is in person.,
