Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on skills & experience)

About Us

Vishal Foods is a growing food company based in Mulund West, Mumbai. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive who will be the sole in-charge of the Accounts department and manage all day-to-day accounting independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP): vendor invoices, payments, reconciliations, query resolution.
• Handle end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR): sales invoicing, collections, follow-ups, ledger reconciliation.
• Record and maintain all daily financial transactions – sales, purchase, expenses, receipts, payments.
• Perform bank reconciliations regularly.
• Prepare financial reports – Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation for audit and financial reviews.

Requirements

• Graduate in Accounting / Finance (B.Com or equivalent).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounts (AP & AR).
• Strong working knowledge of Prime Accounting Software (Tally knowledge preferred).
• Proficiency in Excel, Email communication, and computer use.
• Ability to independently manage complete accounts function in a small company setup.
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
• Residing within a reasonable commute to Mulund West preferred.
