Job Description

In this role at Tresor Systems Pvt. Ltd., located in Amritsar, you will be responsible for the following: - Handling online orders and maintaining effective coordination with customers. - Ensuring that the proper part code is generated from the ERP system during billing. - Conducting batch closure every day, sending reports, and collecting necessary documents from cardholders for Credit card transactions. - Ensuring all required documentation is obtained from customers for RTGS/NEFT/Cheques transactions. - Managing petty cash, day-to-day expenses, and submitting reports to the Head Office with appropriate documentation. - Timely preparation of Return Orders and following up with Vendors for Credit Notes. - Creating Sales return orders with accurate return reasons. - Maintaining an updated customer database including Mobile Numbers, Email IDs, and iClub Card Numbers. - Demonstrating a positive and pleasant attitude while interacting with customers. - Efficiently completing billing procedures to minimize time consumption. - Reconciling Cash in hand with accounting books and preparing deposits for the next day's bank transactions. - Collaborating with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the company.
