Roles & Responsibilities:

1 Monitoring the Budget and taking prior approval in case of excess spend.

2. Payment accounting of approved expenses in Oracle (EBS) and execution of the same from bank either preparing the cheques or RTGS/NEFT.

3. Accounting of Daily sales invoices in Oracle (EBS) after due verification of overdue oustanding if any.

4. Acoounting of collections in real time basis in Oracle (EBS).

5. Monthly Bank reconcilation in Oracle (EBS).

6. MIS on sales & preparation of monthly financials.

7. MIS on receivables with ageing and followup action points to control the DSO.

8. Co-ordinating with statutory auditors for yearly audit requirements.

9. GST & TDS monthly reconcilation and uploading the same on Govt Portal.

10. Daily operational co-ordination with Team members of Care data & Transasia Bio Medical Ltd (HO).

Job specifications:

Become with good communication and stakeholder management

Minimum 2 years of experience
