Key Responsibilities:
Daily Tasks:
· Entry of purchase bills, job work bills, and all types of expense entries into the accounting system.
· Updating creditor reports based on ageing analysis.
· Performing creditors’ ledger reconciliation as required.
· Keeping records and tracking supplier advances.
· Coordination with auditors for ongoing audit requirements.
Monthly Tasks:
· Checking GSTR 2A as per books and sharing Tally backup with auditors.
· TDS calculation, working, and sharing reports with auditors.
· Passing monthly provisions for salary expenses.
· Posting B2C sales entries for Amazon and Flipkart.
· Entering credit card statements (HDFC & Canara Bank).
· Downloading and booking invoices related to Amazon and Flipkart advertising.
· Preparing invoices and recording interest against advance paid to 4S Polyfab Industries.
· Reconciling ESIC, Provident Fund, and Professional Tax.
Daily Tasks:
· Posting of sales bill entries into the accounting system.
· Preparation and updating of the aging-wise debtors report.
· Recording bank-related transactions including payments, receipts, contra entries, and journal vouchers (JVs).
· Processing and recording expense reimbursement entries.
· Preparing MIS reports for export parties as required.
Monthly/Periodic Tasks:
· Performing monthly reconciliation of debtors’ accounts.
· Engaging in payment follow-ups with parties based on receivable aging.
· Updating MIS working for export clients on a monthly basis (as applicable).

Pay: ₹10,177.54 - ₹24,497.45 per month
