Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate must have strong working knowledge of Google Drive, MS Excel, Tally, and Busy Accounting Software to ensure smooth financial record-keeping and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate financial records and update ledgers in Tally and Busy software.
Prepare, manage, and reconcile invoices, purchase orders, and expense statements.
Handle accounts payable and receivable entries.
Generate and analyze reports using MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, etc.).
Maintain financial documents and share reports systematically through Google Drive.
Assist in preparing GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
Support audits by providing necessary data and documentation.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy in accounting and financial reporting.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Finance/Accounting or equivalent.
Proficiency in Tally ERP, Busy software, MS Excel, and Google Drive (mandatory).
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance (freshers with strong knowledge can also apply).
Attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
