Account Executive @ Surat | SoftWebPOS

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and expense tracking.
• Record and reconcile financial transactions in accounting software (QuickBooks preferred).
• Prepare financial reports, statements, and summaries for management.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Maintain accurate client and vendor records.
• Support audits, tax filing, and other statutory requirements.
• Provide administrative and financial support to the management team.
• Collaborate with external auditors, consultants, and banks as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance role.
• Hands-on knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software (preferred).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Attention to detail with excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills and a proactive approach.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with sales tax compliance, payroll processing, and reconciliations.
• Familiarity with preparing documentation for IRS filings and audits.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments.
