Job Description

Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all accounting transactions and ensure they are accurately recorded in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Prepare financial statements and reports (e.g., balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements) on a regular basis.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts to ensure accuracy.
  • Assist with internal and external audits.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and legislation.
  • Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and resolve issues.
  • Provide support to finance team members as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial information and act with integrity.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven work experience as an Accountant or similar role.
  • Solid knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and procedures.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
