Job Description

As an Account Executive at Pump, you will play a key role in the company's growth by owning the full sales cycle. This includes sourcing and qualifying leads, closing deals, and building long-term client relationships. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the CEO, product team, and other early sales hires to shape the go-to-market strategy and sales culture from the ground up. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage the full sales process, including outbound prospecting, discovery, demos, proposals, and contract closure - Collaborate daily with the CEO to shape pipeline strategy and execution - Engage with inbound and outbound leads to identify pain points and communicate Pump's value proposition - Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with decision-makers and technical stakeholders - Partner closely with the product team to tailor solutions to client needs and provide customer feedback - Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals - Act as an internal champion for customer success and retention - Maintain up-to-date and accurate pipeline activity in HubSpot **Qualifications:** - 2-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS or cloud infrastructure sales, with a proven track record of closing deals - Strong understanding of the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, with clear examples of quota achievement - Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills - Experience engaging technical buyers, especially in cloud or DevOps-related conversations, is a plus - Familiarity with CRM software like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools - Highly self-motivated and comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment - Ability to work cross-functionally with product and engineering to communicate customer needs - A customer-first mindset and strong relationship-building skills - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, but not required if experience is strong In addition to a competitive salary ranging from 2,000,000 INR to 3,000,000 INR, Pump offers performance-based bonuses, company equity options, comprehensive healthcare coverage, 13 days of PTO, 1 week company shutdown from December 24 to January 1, quarterly team retreats and offsites, and flexible work arrangements including hybrid/remote options.,
