Account Executive

Location: Abids, Hyderabad

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting tasks, maintain accurate financial records, and assist in reporting. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Excel and possess a good understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and journals.
• Prepare invoices, expense reports, and payment reconciliations.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Track and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Support payroll processing and tax compliance activities.
• Prepare reports and summaries using Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and charts.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
• Assist auditors during internal and external audits.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance.
• 1 – 4 years of experience in accounts or finance roles.
• Strong knowledge of Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Accuracy and timeliness of financial entries and reports.
• Efficient management of accounts payable/receivable.
• Compliance with accounting and statutory requirements.
• Timely support in audits and internal reporting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
