We are currently seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join us as Hotel Management Interns. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic hotel setting and build a strong foundation for a successful career in the hospitality industry

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain vouchers and records, and support multiple departments regarding payments, receipts, and billing activities. The candidate must have strong knowledge of Tally and basic accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:Accounting & Bookkeeping

  • Prepare MIS Reports on a daily/weekly/monthly basis as required.
  • Maintain Debit Vouchers, Credit Vouchers, and Petty Cash Book.
  • Record all financial transactions in Tally (Journal Entries, Receipts, Payments, Contra, Purchase/Sales entries, etc.).
  • Verify and reconcile all bills, invoices, and supporting documents.

Department Coordination

  • Collect bills/invoices from Store Department and Front Office; coordinate with vendors for negotiation when required.
  • Manage coordination with F&B Department, Store Department, and Front Office regarding payments and receipts.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Ascertain monthly food cost and assist in cost control.
  • Assist in monthly closing, internal audits, and reconciliation work.

Requirements:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience as an Accounts Executive or in a similar accounting role.
  • Strong knowledge of Tally ERP and basic accounting entries.
  • Good understanding of vouchers, petty cash handling, and invoice verification.
  • Ability to work accurately, maintain records, and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication skills for vendor coordination and departmental communication.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
