Job Description

As a proven sales performer, your role at Salesforce will involve growing the customer base for the Growth Business segment in West India. Your responsibilities will include generating new business in new accounts, expanding the footprint inside existing customers, and driving strategic CRM initiatives for companies across the West India market. You will play a crucial role as a combination salesperson and evangelist to increase Salesforce penetration in the sector. In addition to your business development efforts, you will have support functions like internal sales support and highly skilled pre-sales to help create and drive opportunities effectively. **Key Responsibilities:** - Developing and maintaining relationships within the Growth Business segment with a focus on customers in West India. - Leading complex sales-cycles and presenting the value of Salesforce's enterprise suite of applications to C-level executives. - Forecasting sales activity and revenue achievement in Salesforce, ensuring customer satisfaction and creating referenceable customers. - Demonstrating the product through web presentations and in-person meetings. **Qualifications Required:** - 8+ years of experience in quota-carrying and deal-closing roles in software or technology sales, with a preference for business applications. - Successful track record managing deals with customers in West India and consistently over-achieving quota in past positions. - Ability to create customer value, handle volume deals, manage complex sales cycles, and hold a degree or equivalent relevant experience.
