As a part of a dynamic team at Salesforce, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our customer base in West India. Your primary focus will be on the Growth Business segment, where you will be responsible for both acquiring new accounts and expanding relationships with existing customers. By leveraging your sales expertise, you will contribute to the strategic CRM initiatives that are revolutionizing the West India market. Your key responsibilities will include developing and nurturing relationships within the Growth Business segment, with a specific emphasis on customers in West India. You will be entrusted with leading complex sales cycles, engaging with C-level executives to showcase the value of our enterprise suite of applications. It will be essential for you to forecast sales activity accurately in Salesforce, ensuring revenue targets are met while cultivating satisfied and reference-able customers. Both virtual and in-person demonstrations of our product will be within your purview, requiring a blend of technical knowledge and persuasive communication skills. To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in software or technology sales, with a proven track record of exceeding quotas and closing deals in the West India region. Your ability to create substantial customer value and manage intricate sales cycles will be critical. Additionally, a degree or equivalent relevant experience is a prerequisite, with a focus on core proficiencies that align with the demands of this position. Desired skills for this role include exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, prior sales methodology training, and experience with CRM systems. Your capacity to thrive in a fast-paced team environment, along with strong customer references and proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, will position you for success in this role.,
