Role Overview

Location:

As an Account Executive at Zappyhire, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and managing existing customer relationships. You will work closely with prospective and current clients to understand their hiring needs and demonstrate how Zappyhire s platform can deliver value, driving growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities



  • Identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities in the recruitment and HR tech space



  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and referral partners



  • Understand client recruitment challenges and tailor solutions using Zappyhire s platform features



  • Conduct product demos and presentations to key stakeholders and hiring managers



  • Manage the sales cycle end-to-end, from lead generation through contract negotiation and closure



  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Customer Success, Marketing) to meet client requirements and ensure smooth onboarding



  • Maintain accurate and timely records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM



  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs



  • Provide feedback and market insights to the product and marketing teams to enhance offerings



  • Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote brand visibility


Qualifications and Skills


  • Minimum Qualification:



  • Proven experience (2+ years) in SaaS sales, preferably in recruitment technology or HR tech sector



  • Strong understanding of sales processes, client relationship management, and consultative selling



  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills



  • Ability to clearly articulate technical features and benefits to diverse stakeholders



  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)



  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented and proactive approach



  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
