Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled Accounts Executive with 2–4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate must be well-versed in Tally ERP, possess strong communication skills, and have hands-on experience in GST filing, auditing work, and client documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting operations using Tally ERP.
Prepare and file GST returns accurately and on time.
Assist in internal and external audits, including preparing required documentation.
Handle accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliation, and ledger maintenance.
Prepare financial reports, statements, and documentation for clients.
Maintain and update accounting records with precision.
Coordinate with clients for document collection and clarifications.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.
Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.

Key Skills Required

Strong knowledge of Tally ERP.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Hands-on experience with GST filing, auditing procedures, and financial documentation.
Attention to detail and strong analytical ability.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounts/Commerce (B.Com/M.Com).
CA Inter / ICAI candidates preferred.
2–4 years of relevant experience in accounting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
