🔧 Job Responsibilities:
1. Preparation and maintenance of MIS reports.
2. Coordination with the Marketing Department regarding commissions and expenses.
3. Posting stock transfers of finished goods between group companies.
4. Maintenance of finished goods inventory in Tally.
5. Updating and reconciling stock records with physical stock.
6. Monitoring and alerting the marketing team about overdue receivables.
7. Ensuring signed account copies are received from dealers via the marketing team.
8. Regular updating of Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
🎓 Education & Skills Required:
• B.Com / M.Com / MBA in Finance
• 4–5 years of experience in a manufacturing industry is a must
• Proficient in Tally Prime and MS Word
• Strong understanding of inventory control and reconciliation
• Effective communicator with cross-functional coordination skills
