Account Delivery Executive - Healthcare

The Associate Delivery Executive (ADE) role is a pivotal position where you will act as the trusted advisor for our clients, ensuring the successful delivery of IT projects and initiatives across service lines. You will work closely with the Global Account Executive to drive delivery-led growth within the account. This strategic role calls for a unique blend of client management, technical expertise, project management skills, and business development acumen to ensure customer satisfaction. Your focus will be on delivering excellence and providing an elevated experience to the client while ensuring profitable solutions are delivered. Your responsibilities will include: - Ensuring delivery excellence by guaranteeing the right solutions are proposed and delivered profitably. - Collaborating with the Global Account Executive to develop new transformation agendas for clients. - Implementing a standardized delivery approach across service lines in the account. - Supporting and enabling delivery excellence programs and initiatives to enhance margins and client satisfaction. As a Client Trusted Advisor, you will engage with CXOs/CxO-1 to execute delivery strategies and drive cross-/upsell services. You will play a key role in delivery-led growth by leveraging Wipro's capabilities and identifying opportunities for large deals. Additionally, you will facilitate the Change request process and manage key customer relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction levels. In terms of delivery operations, you will represent a unified delivery view to the customer and the Global Account Executive. You will be responsible for end-to-end delivery accountability for customer transformation/program outcomes in partnership with Service Line Delivery Managers. Leading and managing overall delivery for the account, you will work closely with delivery leads of Service Lines to drive forecasts, workforce strategy planning, and execution. Your ability to drive revenue and margin numbers to target will be crucial for the success of the account.
