Job Summary:

The

Senior Sales Accounts Executive

is responsible for managing key client accounts, driving revenue growth, and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction. This role involves developing strategic sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The Senior Sales Accounts Executive works closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs, achieve sales targets, and support overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

· Monitor and track all outstanding payments and overdue accounts within the system.· Coordinate with customers to resolve payment issues and facilitate timely recovery of dues.· Negotiate payment arrangements and follow up regularly with customers to ensure compliance with agreed payment terms.· Generate and send payment reminders, overdue notices, and demand letters.· Reconciliation and working of the Outstanding· Maintain accurate records of all communications with customers and actions taken for recovery.· Prepare and present reports on the status of outstanding accounts and recovery efforts to senior management.· Address customer queries and concerns related to billing and payment discrepancies.· Liaise with the sales team to resolve customer issues that may hinder payment recovery.· Collaborate with legal teams on accounts that require further action, such as litigation or formal legal notices.· Bank guarantee / LC draft preparation

Key Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Commerce (BCom) and Master’s degree in Commerce (MCom) from a recognized institution.· 5-7 years of experience in accounts receivable, debt recovery, or a related financial role· Excellent communication skills & Excel Knowledge· Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve disputes diplomatically.· Proficient in Excel and SAP.#
