Account Assistant

Accounts Assistant We are seeking a diligent and organized Accounts Assistant to support our finance department. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with a strong eye for detail, helping to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our day-to-day financial operations. Key Responsibilities: Data Entry & Processing: Accurately enter financial data into accounting software and spreadsheets, including invoices, payments, and expenses. Invoice & Payment Management: Assist with processing accounts payable and receivable, preparing invoices, and following up on outstanding payments. Reconciliation: Help reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts to ensure all records are accurate and consistent. Record Keeping: Maintain and organize all financial documents, files, and records in a systematic manner. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the accounting team as needed. Required Skills & Qualifications: 2+ years’ experience in a similar accounts or administrative role. Foundational knowledge of basic accounting principles. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Excellent organizational skills and a high level of accuracy.
