Account and Finance Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts and Finance Executive to handle financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and support the accounting department in daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and a high level of integrity.

Skills:

Financial Modeling, Budgeting, Forecasting, Variance Analysis, Financial Reporting, Accounting Software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks), Tax Compliance (GST, TDS), Auditing, Communication Skills, Problem-Solving, Analytical Skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records using accounting software (e.g., Tally Prime).
• Prepare invoices, process payments, and handle accounts receivable/payable.
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Ensure timely tax filings, including GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
• Coordinate with auditors and support internal/external audits.
• Handle petty cash and maintain expense reports.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Maintain confidentiality and safeguard financial data.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles (freshers may also be considered).
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
