Account and Finance Executive

Job Title: Account & Finance Executive
Location: Gurugram
Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account & Finance Executive to handle day-to-day accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting transactions and bookkeeping.
• Prepare and maintain financial records, ledgers, and reports.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Reconcile bank statements and financial data.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial audits.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in accounts or finance.
• Strong knowledge of Tally/Excel and basic accounting software.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Work Schedule:

• 6 Days Working
