Job Description

The Accounts cum Office Administrator will be responsible for managing all financial, administrative, and basic digital operations of the school. This includes accounting, GST filing, fee management, vendor coordination, social media updates, and supporting the school’s day-to-day administrative functions. 💼 Key Responsibilities 1. Accounts & Finance Maintain day-to-day accounting records – cash book, vouchers, receipts, and payment registers. Manage student fee collection, ledger entries, and reconciliation. Handle GST filing, TDS deductions, and financial documentation. Prepare monthly and annual financial reports for management review. Coordinate with CA, auditors, and vendors for all statutory filings and payments. Manage staff salaries, attendance, and petty cash. Ensure timely payment of all bills, taxes, and statutory dues. 2. Administration & Office Operations Oversee daily office operations and assist the Principal in admin work. Maintain admission records, student files, and staff documents. Handle correspondence, record keeping, and office documentation. Coordinate with vendors for procurement of stationery, uniforms, and other supplies. Support hostel and facility management for maintenance and housekeeping coordination. 3. Digital & Communication Manage school’s social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) – regular updates on school events, photos, and announcements. Prepare simple creatives / captions for posts (with guidance from the Principal). Maintain WhatsApp and email communication with parents (as required). Support data entry in school ERP / Google Sheets and help maintain records digitally.
