Account Acquisition Executive

As a Sales Representative at AkzoNobel, you will be responsible for the North/Central Kerala market with a base location in Cochin. Your main objective will be to represent the company's products and services effectively, meeting customer needs consistently. You will maintain working relationships with existing customers to ensure exceptional service delivery in the market. Identifying appropriate prospects, setting appointments, making effective sales calls, and acquiring new accounts will be essential to meet sales goals on a monthly and yearly basis. Your key responsibilities will include managing the North/Central Kerala market, meeting customer needs efficiently, and building sustainable work relationships. You will create and maintain a network to drive sales growth and support channel partners effectively. Keeping your sales-technical skills updated and possessing a high level of accountability, systematic work approach, and adherence to the company culture and ethics will be crucial for success in this role. In terms of autonomy, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, developing new business opportunities, resolving customer complaints promptly, and proposing solutions for improving sales and business development processes. It is essential to have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of industry sales experience in Vehicle Refinish Paints, with B2B business expertise preferred. Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, negotiation, and organizational skills are required. A willingness to travel to upcountry towns for a minimum of 14 days, hold a Master's degree, be proficient in MS Office software, and exhibit sales aptitude, readiness for new challenges, discipline, and self-motivation are essential qualities for this role.,
