The Accessories Manager is responsible for managing all garment trims and accessories (labels, tags, threads, zippers, buttons, laces, hangers, packaging, etc.) required for production. The role ensures accurate planning, timely procurement, quality checks, inventory control, and issuance to production departments, enabling smooth and cost-effective order execution.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and forecast accessory requirements based on production schedules
Coordinate with the purchase/merchandising team for timely procurement from approved vendors.
Inspect received accessories for quality, specifications, and quantity against purchase orders.
Maintain accurate stock records .
Issue accessories to production floors based on consumption norms and prevent shortages.
Monitor usage, minimize wastage, and reconcile variances.
Conduct monthly stock audits and prepare reports for management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
