*Job Summary:*
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Accessories Head to lead and manage the accessories division across 45 showrooms. The role involves driving sales growth, ensuring excellent customer experience, managing vendor relations, and implementing innovative marketing strategies to increase accessories penetration in new and existing vehicles.
*Key Responsibilities:*
*Business Growth & Sales:*
Drive accessories sales across all assigned showrooms and meet monthly/annual targets.
Increase accessories penetration ratio in vehicle sales.
Plan & execute promotional campaigns to boost walk-in and upselling.
*Team Management:*
Lead, motivate, and train showroom accessories managers/executives.
Ensure consistent customer service and uniform sales practices across outlets.
Monitor performance, conduct reviews, and implement incentive plans.
*Operations & Process Management:*
Standardize pricing, display, and selling techniques across all showrooms.
Ensure effective stock planning, ordering, and inventory management.
Implement SOPs for accessories fitting, billing, and delivery process.
*Vendor & OEM Coordination:*
Liaise with OEMs and third-party vendors for new product introductions and bulk procurement.
Negotiate for better margins, promotional support, and timely supply.
*Customer Experience:*
Ensure accessories displays and branding are attractive and updated.
Resolve escalations and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Introduce value-added accessories packages to enhance sales.
*Reporting & Analysis:*
Track sales performance of each showroom and present MIS reports to management.
Analyze trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences to design action plans
*Key Skills & Competencies:*
Strong knowledge of automobile accessories (OEM & aftermarket).
Proven experience in multi-showroom management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Strong business acumen with target-driven approach.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS, and CRM systems.
*Qualifications:*
Graduate / MBA preferred.
812 years of relevant experience in accessories/after-sales business in the automobile industry.
