Tealium/Exploratory Tester

• At least 3-4 years of Exploratory tester experience in HSBC Applications and involved in Tealium testing.

• Good knowledge of accessing and querying GCP Database

• Good knowledge of Health Insurance is desired

• Strong knowledge in Test Execution, and Defect Triage

• Should be able to create Functional Test cases and Review the test cases created by team

• Responsible for Daily Status Reporting, Weekly Status Reporting and Client Communications.

• Participate in Agile Ceremonies

• Facilitate team meetings and clarifications sessions with other team members

• Strong Knowledge in Jira Management and Confluence Reporting

• Sound knowledge in Agile Methodologies and practices

• Effective communication, inter-personal and negotiating skills

• Sound judgmental skills to identify and resolve problems

• Ability to motivate and lead people, employing appropriate management styles

• Proven ability to work across regions whilst maintaining a global perspective

• Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and Product Owner
