Job brief As a Senior Executive in our Indirect Tax team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations. Your role will include: Adhering to clients’ GST compliance timelines as per statute (assessments, filing of returns, etc.) Provide GST services to a range of clients working closely with multidisciplinary tax teams. Carrying out comprehensive GST incidence reviews for the clients. Perform GST reviews as part of Internal Audit engagements Assist internal and external contacts on GST related queries. Coordination with the department for obtaining approvals, registrations, etc. Helping with audits or investigation by the tax authorities Complete identified number of GST returns on a timely basis. Preparation, filing and processing of refunds Address all queries raised in respect of GST returns submitted and liaise with line Managers accordingly. Assisting in the implementation of recommendations. Perform GST audits Extensive research on various critical aspects of GST Laws. Candidates having worked with large banking clients specifically in Indian market will be preferred 5. Candidates having successfully delivered large scale digital transformations in the capacity of functional tester or quality assurance tester 6. Candidates must have strong experience in writing automation test cases and running automation script. Have good experience in using various testing frameworks like Rest Assured and Selenium 7. Candidates having experience in Selenium Automation, build deployments, testing API using Postman, Software management tools like JIRA, Agile development methodology will have an added advantage 8. Good communication, analytical & articulation skills are required for this position 9. Assisting in the review of software development processes to improve product quality, tracking defects from detection to resolution and working with developers to reproduce and resolve defects. 10. Preferred Experience: As an L1 cloud engineer, should have good understanding of cloud platform, networking, and storage principles with focus on Azure. Monitor and manage support tickets during assigned shifts, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of issues. Respond to alerts and incidents, escalating to higher-level support as necessary. Acknowledge and analyse client emails to identify and understand issues. Provide clear guidance and relevant information to resolve first-level issues.
