Key Responsibilities Create intuitive, visually appealing interfaces for web, mobile, and tablet platforms, ensuring an excellent user experience across all devices. Convert concepts, user needs, and business requirements into clear wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes. Lead user research initiatives, competitive analysis, and usability testing to understand user needs and pain points. Develop user flows, journey maps, storyboards, and personas to guide the design process and align with user needs. Work closely with developers to ensure the seamless implementation of design elements and maintain consistency throughout the project. Design and optimize user interfaces for responsiveness, accessibility, and performance to provide an inclusive and smooth experience. Evolve and maintain comprehensive design systems and UI style guides to ensure consistency across platforms. Utilize user feedback, A/B testing, and analytics insights to refine and enhance design solutions. Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to continuously innovate and improve Skills & Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field. Professional experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role. Proficiency in leading design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or Axure. Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles. Deep knowledge of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual hierarchy to create seamless, user-friendly interfaces. Hands-on experience with wireframing, prototyping, and conducting user testing. A compelling portfolio that showcases your UI/UX design expertise and process.
