Staff Supervision and Development:Recruit, hire, and provide ongoing training and professional development for teachers and support staff.

Student Assessment and Progress Tracking:Implement assessment tools and techniques to monitor each childs progress, identifying strengths and areas for improvement.
Provide guidance to teachers on individualized learning plans and interventions.
