Job Title: Academics manager - Preschool

Job Responsibilities:

Curriculum Development:Design and develop age-appropriate curriculum plans that align with early childhood education standards and promote holistic child development.

Create engaging and interactive learning experiences that foster cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth.

Staff Supervision and Development:Recruit, hire, and provide ongoing training and professional development for teachers and support staff.

Conduct regular performance evaluations and offer constructive feedback for improvement.

Student Assessment and Progress Tracking:Implement assessment tools and techniques to monitor each childs progress, identifying strengths and areas for improvement.

Provide guidance to teachers on individualized learning plans and interventions.

Parent and Guardian Communication:Foster open and transparent communication with parents and guardians, providing updates on their childs development, activities, and achievements.

Organize parent-teacher conferences and workshops to enhance parental involvement.
