Position Overview:

NTT (Nursery Trained Teacher) / Mother Teacher

Key Responsibilities:

• Create a joyful and safe classroom environment for children.
  
• Plan and conduct engaging and age-appropriate lessons and activities.
  
• Focus on the holistic development (academic, emotional, and social) of each child.
  
• Maintain effective communication with parents regarding student progress and well-being.
  
• Encourage curiosity, creativity, and self-expression through play-based learning.
  
• Maintain records of childrens development, attendance, and achievements.
  
• Collaborate with co-teachers and school staff to plan events and activities.
  

Qualifications & Skills:

NTT / ECCEd / B.Ed in Early Childhood Education
Minimum 13 years of experience as a pre-primary or mother teacher (preferred) Strong command over English (spoken and written) Warm, patient, and child-friendly demeanor Creative approach to teaching and classroom management
