Your Mission: The Engagement Architect

This isnt a traditional sales role; its a strategic partnership role. You will be the face and voice of Kalviums vision, forging lasting relationships with the educational institutions that shape our countrys future.

Key Responsibilities

Reach Students in their Space: Identify, schedule, and visit schools in your assigned geography. Create Interest: Conduct engaging demos, workshops, and sessions to ignite curiosity among students and faculty. Execute High-Impact Events: Organize and run impactful activities such as seminars, parent-connects, and hackathons. Build Lasting Relationships: Establish strong connections with school principals, coordinators, and management. Track Data & Feedback: Collect student interest data, monitor event success, and share insights with academic teams.

A natural storyteller & relationship builder: Fluent in your regional language (Tamil) + strong English. Mission-driven: Passionate about practical, hands-on education and student success. Ambitious & resilient: 03 years of experience in sales, outreach, partnerships, or counselling. Field-ready: Comfortable with extensive regional travel; owns a 2-wheeler and laptop.
