Academic Program Coordinator

As an Academic Counselor, you will be the first point of contact for students and parents, helping them navigate their educational journey. You will play a pivotal role in understanding their needs, explaining our programs, and ensuring they make the best choices for their academic and career success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Student Consultation: Conduct detailed, one-on-one counseling sessions with students and parents to understand their academic background, interests, and career aspirations.
• Course Guidance: Expertly explain the features, benefits, and outcomes of our various courses and programs.
• Admission Support: Guide applicants through the entire admission process, from initial inquiry to enrollment.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with students and parents, providing continuous support and follow-up.
• Achieve Targets: Work towards and achieve individual and team enrollment targets.
• Feedback Collection: Gather and relay feedback from students and parents to the management team to help improve our services.

Required Skills & Attributes:

• Exceptional Communication Skills: Flawless command over English is essential. Full professional proficiency in Hindi AND at least one language (Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam) is mandatory.
• Empathy and Listening Skills: A genuine desire to understand and help students.
• Persuasion and Convincing Ability: A confident and persuasive personality to effectively communicate the value of our programs.
• Presentable and Professional: A polished and professional appearance and demeanor.
• Goal-Oriented: A strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
• Tech-Savvy: Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, etc.).
