Your responsibilities will include: - Mentoring and guiding students across various programs. - Conducting regular follow-up calls to monitor academic progress. - Providing continuous motivation and academic support to enhance student engagement. - Ensuring active participation in engagement activities. - Offering guidance on time management, study strategies, and learning techniques. - Developing PowerPoint presentations and question papers. - Creating and managing academic support materials for students and faculty. - Working both independently and collaboratively with team members. - Coordinating with faculty to collect content and collaborating with designers. - Conducting counseling sessions for student concerns. - Administering examinations, evaluating results, and providing feedback. - Monitoring student activities and academic behavior. - Reviewing and updating student records as necessary. - Preparing and presenting progress reports. - Providing general assistance to faculty. - Overseeing academic programs and ensuring smooth execution. - Collaborating with content developers for accurate representation of academic concepts.
