The ideal candidate should possess strong subject-matter expertise in their specialized domain, along with the ability and willingness to conduct research and identify solutions to academic challenges faced by faculty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor and guide students enrolled in various programs.
• Conduct regular follow-up calls to check on students’ academic progress.
• Provide continuous motivation and academic support to maintain student engagement.
• Ensure students actively participate in required engagement activities.
• Offer guidance on time management, effective study strategies, and learning techniques.
• Develop PowerPoint presentations and prepare question papers.
• Create and manage academic support materials for both students and faculty.
• Work independently as well as collaboratively with team members.
• Coordinate with faculty to collect PDF content within deadlines and collaborate with designers for final output.
• Conduct individual or group counseling sessions to address student concerns and challenges.
• Administer examinations and assessments, evaluate results, and provide constructive feedback.
• Monitor student activities and track academic behavior.
• Review and update student records as needed.
• Prepare and present progress reports.
• Provide general assistance to faculty.
• Oversee academic-related programs and ensure smooth execution.
• Collaborate with content developers to ensure accurate representation of academic concepts in learning materials.
