Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Academic Head - PGT-TGT Science, Commerce, and Social Sciences, based in Raipur. The Academic Head will oversee the daily academic operations, lead faculty for specified subject areas, and ensure the effective implementation of educational curricula. The role includes managing academic planning, mentoring teachers, conducting performance evaluations, fostering a collaborative environment, and coordinating with school leadership to achieve the highest educational standards. The position also involves organizing teacher training, ensuring compliance with educational regulations, and maintaining an innovative learning atmosphere for students.
