Academic Counselor

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle student counseling, career guidance, and course advising through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and chat.
• Explain program details, admission criteria, career outcomes, and learning pathways to prospective students.
• Assess student backgrounds to recommend appropriate UG/PG programs, certifications, and specialization options.
• Manage end-to-end admissions including eligibility checks, documentation support, and application follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate CRM entries, follow-up logs, lead status, and student records.
• Coordinate with the admissions, academics, and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Achieve monthly enrollment targets, conversion goals, and lead management KPIs.
• Ensure high levels of student satisfaction, query resolution, and relationship building.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any stream
• 0–3 years of experience.
• Prior experience in Academic Counseling, Admissions, EdTech, Inside Sales, Student Support or Customer Service is preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven, structured, and fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
