Academic Counselor

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Engage in one-on-one discussions with prospective students to understand their academic background, interests, and career aspirations.
• Suggest relevant programs and certifications tailored to the student's profile and goals.
• Handle student queries professionally via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
• Clearly explain course structures, schedules, fees, and enrollment procedures.
• Use CRM tools to manage leads, follow up, and maintain engagement throughout the decision-making process.
• Drive enrollments by building trust, nurturing relationships, and meeting monthly/quarterly targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.
• 0 to 2 years of experience in academic counseling, education sales, admissions, or related roles. (Freshers are encouraged to apply)
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize and influence decision-making.
• Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools is a plus.
• Comfortable working with digital tools and remote communication platforms.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
