Academic Counselor

Job Description:

We are looking for passionate and driven Academic Counselors (Freshers) to join our team in Noida. In this role, you’ll counsel students aspiring to pursue MBBS abroad, guide them through the application process, and help them make informed decisions about their academic future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents on MBBS abroad opportunities
• Explain course options, university details, eligibility, fee structures, and the admission process
• Maintain consistent follow-ups with student leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email
• Guide students in preparing their applications and required documentation
• Update student records and interactions in CRM
• Coordinate with international universities and internal departments
• Represent University Insights in seminars, webinars, and student fairs

Qualifications:

• Any Graduate/Postgraduate (Science/Commerce/Management preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, persuasive, and eager to grow
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email)
• Freshers welcome with a willingness to learn and adapt

Salary:

₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Fixed) + Attractive Incentives(₹10,000 Onwards)
